Positive: The host/owner is very friendly and was very helpful for all the questions and requests we had! Location is quite central in Istria, which makes it easy to reach the different surrounding citys in a timely manner. Surroundings are great for cycling (recommend MTB). Pool is nice, and the illumination in the dark was a highlight for the kids. Apartment is in the groundfloor and quite protected from the outside heat. If its still too hot, you can use the air conditioner to cool down the place. Downside: it can get a bit stuffy. Keeping windows open will invite many visitors (take a fly swatter). There is a lot of space for storing, big fridge. Beds were not super comfortable, but we could all sleep well. Must be aware that this place is in the countryside/nature. You will face all kinds of insect around and also in the place, if you dont clean every other day.

Negative: Bathroom could have been cleaner (shower).

Summary: We had a great time there. It was a good base for daily trips throughout Istria.
