The big advantage of this holiday apartment is its location by the sea and the private sandy and pebbled beach that belongs to the house. The house is in the quiet little locality of Vidalici, four kilometres from Novalja, and is ideal for a family holiday.
Each apartment has its own balcony with a beach and sea view, with seating. It also has a big shared terrace, an outdoor shower and a grill in the garden. The big table on the terrace is for at least ten people. Apart from the main driveway to the parking area with seven spaces, the site is completely fenced. Dogs do not have to be kept on the leash in the house and garden, unless there are several dogs in the house at the same time. Outside the site dogs must be kept on the leash. The owner offers jetski and boat hire, but you can also bring your own boat.
All five holiday apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, a washing machine and free wireless Internet access.
50 metres from the house, a couple of minutes’ walk away, there is a little grocery shop, as well as one of the best restaurants on the island. There is a larger shop a kilometre away and there are large supermarkets in Novalja four kilometres away. There is a spa centre near the house (50 metres), where you can book a variety of massages, amongst other things. Novalja provides fun and leisure activities and is also interesting for young people. The stretch of coast between Novalja and Zrce is characterised by unique beach clubs and open-air discos. The region is also known as the “Ibiza of Croatia”. In Novalja itself there are cosy bars and modern discos. The great bars invite you to sit and relax not only at night, but also during the daytime.
