Positive: Beautiful apartment with beach right across the road. Very peaceful with great views from balcony. Had all facilities

Negative: 3 bedrooms didn't have AC. While one had fan, two didn't have. While we managed by keeping AC in corridor at full blast and keeping doors of 2 kids bedroom open, it is certainly not comfortable to manage it in this manner.
