The well maintained house is located in a quiet location in the tranquil resort of Povile, the southern suburb of Novi Vinodolski, on the famous Riviera of Crikvenica. The hillside holiday home offers a total of 4 holiday apartments. Two are located on the ground floor and 2 identical in the 1st floor. There are 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms. All apartments have a modern and well-maintained equipment, well-equipped kitchens with oven satellite TV with LCD TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a large terrace. On the fully fenced plot children can move freely and play. Here there is an outdoor grill which all guests can use in turn, a large covered communal terrace and an outdoor shower. A free and secure car park is right next to the house. A washing machine can be used for a fee. The friendly landlords speak not only the local language but also English. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. The beautiful beach of Povile is just 350 meters away. There are also several restaurants, cafes and shops.
