The well maintained house is located in a quiet location in the tranquil resort of Povile, the southern suburb of Novi Vinodolski, on the famous Riviera of Crikvenica. The hillside holiday home offers a total of 4 holiday apartments. Two are located on the ground floor and 2 identical in the 1st floor. All apartments have a modern and well-maintained equipment, well-equipped kitchens with oven satellite TV with LCD TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a large terrace. On the fully fenced plot children can move freely and play. Here there is an outdoor grill which all guests can use in turn, a large covered communal terrace and an outdoor shower.
