This spacious 100m² holiday apartment is in the picturesque little village of Marčana, on the sunny Istrian peninsula to the north of Pula and provides ideal accommodation for a relaxed holiday in rural surroundings, far away from tourist noise.
The living room opens directly onto your private balcony with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy the extensive view of the green surroundings. Outdoor stairs lead down into the 300m² fenced garden area, which is for shared use. It has a terrace with a big, traditional stone grill for your own private use, inviting you to spend long grill evenings under a starry sky. You can also make use of the secure parking spaces right in front of the house. The owner’s brother lives on the lower floor and is happy to assist with any queries.
The holiday apartment occupies the upper floor of the detached, two-storey family house, which was newly built as recently as 2011 and is equipped accordingly with all modern amenities. The entrance to the apartment is via outdoor stairs, with the separate entrance ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. The apartment comprises a spacious living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a light bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, a coffee table and satellite TV, as well as a fireplace. Next to it there is a big dining table with six chairs inviting you to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine.
