This light and spacious holiday apartment is within walking distance of the beach along the north coast of the Croatian sunny island of Hvar, in a quiet residential district in the historical little harbour town of Stari Grad.
The apartment occupies the ground floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 2010, whose upper floor is occupied by the owner. It is accessed up outdoor stairs and benefits from its own separate entrance. As it was fully renovated recently in 2010, you can find all modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in all rooms. The living space of 84m² provides an open living and dining space with a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a very modern bathroom. The living room provides a generous corner sofa suite, a wide flatscreen TV, a DVD and and CD player. The rear part of the room also has a study area with an office desk and a printer. A round archway leads into the dining space with a wooden table and six chairs. The cream-coloured built-in kitchen next to it has all the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with a cooker hood, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom tiled in trendy black and white is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a toilet and even your own washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet connection is free of charge.
Your private terrace right in front of the apartment is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for relaxing holiday meals outdoors. If you arrive by car you can use the parking space right in front of the house.
The owner on the upper floor is always mindful of your privacy, but is happy to assist with any queries. Your pet is also welcome on request (enquire at the time of booking).
Your apartment is about 100 metres from the blue Adriatic and it is about 200 metres to the nearest beach and 300 metres to the centre of Stari Grad, with all everyday amenities: shops, an ATM, cafés and restaurants.
