Positive: The apartmant was very clean and the instructions to getting there were clear and easy to understand even though Google maps didn't help all that much. The bathroom is very modern and clean. Kitchen also feels up-to-date and modern with everything you might need for cooking. Even paper towels. The AC was functional and helped a lot during summer days.
Negative: The place had bugs, not too many but I encountered them a few times during my two night stay. The owners warned me about cockroaches when was I already at the property. I could see that the building had done some deratization for cockroaches but not all that successfully. I saw a small cockroach which probably means they hatched not that long ago. I'm hoping the home owners can fix this issue. The neigbour was very very loud. The walls were so thin I though people were talking right up the front door. I couldn't feel relaxed because of it. Finally the bed sheets were not clean as attached below. I had to improvize with different sheets to sleep. Thankfully the bed mattress was new so it was comfortable to sleep. Dishwasher and laundry machine were very old. I didn't want to use the dishwasher since just opening it took the front panel out, not sure if it works but since it's there I'm assuming it does. Not a problem if you are staying a few nights like I did but wanted to mention it if it's important to someone.
Summary: Some modern some old furniture with not so nice neighbours and bugs. I didn't feel super comfortable
