Located in a secluded area of Tkon, the house provides privacy and tranquility for your vacation. It consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa for one person, and a dining room with a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, stove, running hot water, and a fridge. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace, and behind the house, there is another terrace with seating and sea views. Additionally, there is a sea view terrace in the garden with Mediterranean aromatic herbs. An outdoor shower and a swimming pool with sunbeds are also available. The electricity is powered by solar electricity (12v). Air-conditioning, parking, swimming pool, sun deck, Bbq, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided.
