The ground floor comprises an open living area with air-conditioning, a living room, dining area and kitchen. The Mediterranean-inspired space is spacious and inviting. Natural materials like stone and wood are blended with contemporary elements to produce a delightful ambiance. In the lounge, there are relaxing sofas with a television and a closed fireplace that contributes to a unique character. The French doors offer direct access to the terrace and allow sunlight to seep through. Not far from the villa is the thousand-year-old town of Višnjan, where you can stroll through the stone streets and the old square with its walls and 15th-century Gothic church. Don't miss a visit to the Višnjan Observatory It only takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the town of Poreč, which is full of cultural and historical gems, and for lovers of natural beauty we recommend a visit to the Baredine Cave.
