*to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
*for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher when not in the apartment,
*to use the apartment equipment with care,
*to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
*to report any damages caused to the owner, who, after careful evaluation, will request payment for damages in cash before departure,
*to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange the return of keys.
*The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
*The house has a pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas for shared use with guests from the other apartment.
