Luxury villa Bracchia Magic Retreat I with heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi on Brac is located in a settlement called Skrip on the island of Brac, only about 8 km away from the town of Supetar and about 4 km away from the nearest beach called Zastup.
This island rental home was built on a plot with a total surface of 840 m² with a living area of 530 m². The family villa on Brac is divided into two floors mutually interconnected by an indoor staircase.
Outside of this Croatian holiday home there is a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers, a jacuzzi, an outdoor summer kitchen with a professional grill and dining area. There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with various fruits and vegetables.
