This villa is ideal for a perfect holiday with family and friends and together with two neighbouring villas (Villa Adoral H98HD6B and Villa Bea HRYLJ24) forms a complex called Dvor Pitve. The island of Hvar has always been the first choice for local and foreign guests looking for a luxurious and peaceful holiday.
Villa Bea, built in rustic style, offers 50 m² of living space, the total area of the house is 60 m². It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, ideally 2. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), which leads directly onto the balcony, where there is a table and chairs. If required, the sofa can be used as an additional bed for two people. Villa Valente has 1 bathroom with shower cubicle.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV, a kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 4 people. There are 2 sun loungers on the terrace where you can sunbathe and read your favourite books.
