In the first floor apartment there are also two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. The upstairs apartment consists of three bedrooms. In the basement of the cottage is a separate room with fireplace and beautiful wooden furniture, where you can spend many social hours barbecuing. In the outdoor area there is another covered barbecue. The vacation home is located in a quiet area flanked by modern detached houses and apartment buildings on one side and vineyards on the other. In only about 10 minutes by car you can reach the small, historic town of Labin, which is also known as a town of artists.
