On an enclosed property of 900 sqm at guest's disposal there is a saltwater swimming pool of 40 sqm, a covered terrace with dining table for outdoor dining and a large barbecue, a separate toilet next to the pool and several parking spaces.
The Birdhouse Villa can accommodate up to 10 people on 380 sqm living space on two air-conditioned floors. The rooms in the house are very spacious so that only the living area is 75 sqm big, and to the feeling of comfort and spaciousness also contribute the 3m high ceiling and 2,4m high inside doors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table with designer Ghost chairs and three sofas, two double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet, one of them with bathtub in the room, a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and access to the terrace. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26or under.
