You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds and adjoining bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the fourth on the ground floor. There is also a large sunny terrace with sun loungers on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and right next to the kitchen there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. The kitchen also has a bar with bar stools. Right next to it is a beautiful living room with a corner sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Lovers of active holidays can also use the fitness room, which is equipped with basic training equipment, so you have the opportunity to stay fit during your holiday. The villa also offers a sauna where you can relax body and soul. On the outdoor terrace, you can swim in the heated pool of 48 m2 and 1.4 metres deep. Sun loungers are available next to the pool and you can spend the evening socialising at the covered outdoor dining table. You can also use the summer kitchen and don't have to prepare your food in the kitchen in the villa, but can show off your cooking skills on the outdoor wood-fired barbecue. There are also garden seating areas on the terrace and a romantic hot tub. You will also love the roof terrace with 4 sun loungers to sit and relax on. Other facilities at your disposal include a separate toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. A food dispenser and a cot are available for children. The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 7 private parking spaces. The villa also offers 2 chargers for electric cars. Istria has always been a good choice for an annual holiday and you will be convinced of this thanks to the excellent gastronomic offer, as well as many cultural and historical sights such as the Euphrasian Basilica.
