Villa Zaria is a beautifully renovated and furnished vacation home in the small village of Martina, on a small hill with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea.
There are only a few houses in the village and a road that leads to Moscenice, a village on the hill with a breathtaking view of the Kvarner, the sea and the islands nearby. The beach, store and restaurants are located in Brsec, only 1.5 km from the vacation home.
Villa Zaria was built in 1860 and completely renovated in 2018. On 950 square meters of land there is a pool of 32 square meters, sunbathing area, covered terrace with summer kitchen, dining table for outdoor dining, lounge area and three parking spaces in front of the house.
Villa Zaria of 150 square meters on three floors. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a large shower/WC, on the second floor there is the kitchen, the dining room with dining table for 6 people, a separate living room with balcony with sea view and exit to the pool and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and a shower/WC. These two rooms are not separated by a door. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
