Behind the stylish and comfortable lounge corner takes you to the sun deck area and a traditional barbecue corner for your grill skills.
*The Rooftop outdoors offers a terrace (can be covered) with amazing sea views also overlooking the town Split offering a Hot -Tub (Whirlpool), two lounge chairs, and two deck chairs. A step inside behind the glass doors is a Finnish sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, and air-conditioning. Approachable with an indoor staircase.
* The living area (53sqm) offers a stylish living area with flat screen TV, A/C, a fireplace, sofas, direct exit to a covered outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (microwave oven, coffee maker, a wine cooler, a toaster, a kettle...) and a dining table with spectacular sea views.
