The total area of the property is 1000 m² and is only 80 meters away from the nearest sea. It's an excellent opportunity for family gatherings and swimming in the pristine Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 16 people, with an optimal number of 12. Guest accommodation is in 6 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (200x200). If needed, 2 folding sofas (160x200) are available as additional beds.
Additionally, the villa has 5 private bathrooms with showers and one regular bathroom with a bathtub. Villa Clementine consists of the first floor, 1st and 2nd floors, where you have plenty of space for relaxation and family gatherings. On the 1st floor, there is a living room with a dining area, as well as the mentioned 4 bedrooms.
On the 2nd floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, one of which has a living room. The villa has a sea view from the living room and bedrooms, and two bedrooms on the 1st floor do not have a sea view. On the outdoor terrace, there is a 32 m² pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it are 5 sun loungers and a charcoal or wood barbecue. The terrace also has an outdoor dining table, which is a great place to socialize with family and friends.
