In the basement is a huge professional gym, and there is a 56 m² outdoor sports court suitable for football, basketball, volleyball & etc.
On the third floor is the Rooftop with garden furniture, a mini kitchen and a bathroom, and sunshade Heated 24m² swimming pool, shower & Grill Parking possibilities/garage The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade, and two garden loungers.
