The first residential object of Villa Castello Bol with swimming pool is located by the promenade Zlatni Rat and only 5 m from the beach and 500 m from the town center.
The first residential object is divided into two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor area, there is a modern kitchen with an indoor dining room, spacious living room with fireplace, large master bedroom with a balcony and a private bathroom. In this area, there is also a room for recreation and another bedroom equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony with view.
The second residential objec tof this unique villa also has two floors - the ground floor and the first floor. On each floor, there are two apartments; both of them include a double bed, bathroom, small kitchen and wardrobe. Villa Castello Bolis fully air-conditioned, has WIFI, a courtyard linking the two residential objects, one parking space near the villa for all its guests.
