The villa for rent is 2 km from Petrina beach, 17 km from the center of Krk and 15 km from Omišalj airport in Rijeka. This island vacation home was built on a property with a total area of more than 1000 m² with a living area of 300 m². The family villa is divided into three floors that are connected by internal stairs. In the fully fenced yard there is a private swimming pool with deckchairs and an outdoor shower. There is also a stone grill and an outdoor covered dining room. In the basement of the villa there is a spa area with a sauna, a room for relaxation and exercise, and a wine room with a bar. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. On the balcony of the villa there is a private hot tub.
