The vacation home was built in 2017 as a semi-detached house, the other half is also rented out. Each half has its own fenced plot and private pool of 24 square meters, sun loungers and parasol, covered terrace with fireplace and dining table, parking for two cars.

On the first floor there is an air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for one person and exit to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6 people. There is also an air-conditioned double bedroom with shower/WC and a separate toilet. The first floor is barrier-free, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the second floor there are two air-conditioned double rooms, each with its own shower/WC and access to the shared balcony with seating. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
