From the private parking, which is equipped with an electric vehicle charger (for an additional fee), you enter through the main entrance, leading to the spacious, fully air-conditioned living area. The comfortable living room includes underfloor heating and is equipped with a smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, Nintendo Switch, and Starlink internet. The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, perfect for enjoying the preparation of meals. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances: a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, mini wine fridge, toaster, blender, juicer, mixer, hand blender, ice machine, freezer, dishwasher, BBQ grill, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, waffle maker, meat slicer, cutlery, and spices. The dining table with 8 seats is ideal for family gatherings. This floor also includes a guest toilet.
