This beautiful old stone house Blanka, which has been in family for over 150 years, is converted in villa, situated in the village of Privor in the pine forest above Zrnovnica, near Split. You can enjoy in private garden with stone cascading terraces surrounded with olive trees, shrubs and lovely flowers. Comfort of hammocks in various peaceful locations, the exclusive use of the swimming pool and breathtaking atmosphere will charge your batteries. Above all you can experience the sounds of silence and sea view over the valley all the way to the island of Šolta. The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished in an authentic Dalmatian style. Villa consists of three floors. equipped with all modern amenities including a flat screen TV with satellite channels, internet, dishwasher, microwave etc... On the ground floor there are kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and kitchen storage with a large sea view terrace. Villa is suitable for up to 8 people in three double bedrooms and living room with convertible sofa. Property consists of 1500 sqm garden with private pool (4mx9.5m, depth: 1.5m), barbecue area with outdoor furniture. Žrnovnica is a settlement located east / northeast of Split. It is part of the City of Split.
It is located at the foot of Mosor, from its southern side and the western / northern side of Perun hill, along the river of the same name.
