Villa Malena is situated in a small quiet place near Dubrovnik, 1 km from the sea and 15 minutes drive from the center Dubrovnik (13 km).
Villa Malena consists of 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and roof terrace. It is suitable accommodation for 4 people.
On the first floor of the Villa Malena there are a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa. On this floor there is also a bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower. Another beautiful area is the small terrace reachable from the living room.On the terrace, you will find a table and chairs.
On the ground floor, there is a room with a queen bed and a comfortable armchair. This room has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The heated swimming pool is located on the terrace. By the heated swimming pool, there are sun loungers to complete the area.
Villa Malena is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. Parking is also provided.

Legend says that Orasac is named due to nuts (in Croatian, "Orasi"). In fact, the locals used to cultivate nuts until the fall of the Republic of Dubrovnik. Orasac is a village on the Dubrovnik coast, 14 km northwest of Dubrovnik.
There are six villages scattered in the surrounding area. The most prominent is the village of Gromaca, known for its caves and traditional eco-tourism, and the village of Ljubac, located in a valley between three hills that make up an incredible natural amphitheater. In Orasac, the Feast of Our Lady of Orasac (2 July) is traditionally celebrated, also called the Parish Church in the settlement. In the church, there are pictures of St. Mary of Sorrows and St. John the Baptist, who are registered in the list of protected goods of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia.
Beautiful beaches, beautiful sea and centuries-old olive groves make picturesque Orasac an attractive tourist destination. It is needed to rent a car for a vacation in Orasac, since the bus connection to Dubrovnik is not good (bus runs only a few times a day).
