You have 178 m2 of living space at your disposal, where you will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Also, the villa has 2 en suite bathrooms with a shower cabin, one of which has a bathtub. Fully air-conditioned, Villa IPause also contains a romantic room that includes a jacuzzi and a sauna, where you will certainly rest your body and soul and enjoy peace and quiet.
On the ground floor of this beautiful villa, you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen next to which there is a romantic fireplace. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the shelves with premium wines.
The villa also has a mezzanine where there is a spacious living room with a panoramic view, including a fireplace, two sofas, an armchair, two coffee tables and a TV. It will be the perfect place for a day or evening gathering of the whole family with favourite movies or series. On this floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom, while on the top floor of the villa there is another bedroom with an attached bathroom.
The villa has a sea view from the living room and bedrooms, you will especially like it because the Adriatic Sea is known for its purity and beautiful blue colour. Since Villa IPause is 8 km from the nearest beach, it will be an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and sunbathe on the beach.
You can also sunbathe on the outdoor terrace next to the heated pool of 18 m2 and 1.35 metres deep. Next to the pool there are 4 deckchairs, an umbrella and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
In the basement there is a space for socializing: a tavern and another kitchen that is fully equipped so that you can easily prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. There is also a covered outdoor table with 4 seats, and a beautifully landscaped garden.
Entertainment content at your fingertips are PlayStation, Bluetooth speaker and digital television. With prior agreement, it is also possible to organise bicycles, so that you can explore the city of Poreč and the surrounding towns together with your family and friends while enjoying the ride. Outside the villa, children and adults can play badminton, and board games will delight you.

The most famous historical attraction of the city of Poreč is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, located in the old town.
