Boasting 196 m² of living space and set within a sprawling property of 1174 m², the villa is conveniently located just 15 km from the nearest sea, beach, and the vibrant city of Poreč. The closest restaurant is a mere 400 meters away, offering easy access to local delights.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and has four bedrooms. One room located right at the entrance, offers a king size bed 180x200 cm and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The second room on the ground floor is inside the building and contains a king size bed 180x200 cm, which can be converted into two single beds 90x200 cm if necessary.
Upstairs there are two more spacious rooms with king size beds 180x200 cm. Each room has its own bathroom with a bathtub.
