This comfortable villa with pool is located in the village Šušnjići, approx. 10,5 km from Poreč.
The house with its own yard of approx. 3000 sqm has been built in the year 2012 and 2018 it got a playroom and a bathroom on the first floor. Villa Pianta offers to its guests a private swimming pool, barbecue, a spacious, partially covered terrace, two covered terraces on the first floor, covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and private parking for 4 cars.
Villa for 6-8 persons with a living space of in total 170 sqm. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with a sofa (all in one space), 2 shower/toilets, separate toilet, three double bedrooms with french beds, one of them with exit to the terrace. On the first floor with separate entrance there is a shower/toilet, an air-conditioned living room with pool table and two covered terraces.
The house has a playroom with table tennis, a children's playground with slide and swing.
Youth groups are strictly forbidden!
