The villa is located in the small Dalmatian village of Makar, 2 km from the center of Makarska.
It consists of two accommodation units connected by external stairs. One unit is located on the ground floor, while the other is located on the first floor. This house offers space for up to 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, and is perfect for a family or group of 6-8 people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there is also a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and 1 bathroom.
It offers you everything you need: swimming pool, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.
From the pool and spacious terraces you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar.
In front of the house there is a parking space, a terrace with a dining table, deckchairs and a barbecue. The whole area offers relaxing hours in the evening.
House has playroom with table tennis, table football, darts, and trampoline. To keep you fit we also have small gym .
The nearest restaurant is only 1.5 km away, and the next supermarket is only 1.5 km away. The beautiful pebble beaches of Makarska are 2.5 km away.
This house offers beautiful paths and roads through olive groves to the next villages Puharići or Kotišina, ideal for walking or cycling.
IMPORTANT: Car is obligated to come to the house and from the house to city center or beaches. Walking is not an option .

You can go by minibus, private car, or if you like sports and recreation, you can go on foot, but of course with consultation at the office of the nature park in Makarska. The latest project at Biokovo is a horseshoe-shaped viewpoint outside the cliff with a glass surface for walking called Skywalk. It is located in the southwestern part of the Biokovo Nature Park next to the info center, at an altitude of 1228 meters. Also, don't stay on just one beach. The entire Makarska Riviera is full of large beaches and small, hidden coves that you should explore. In summer, the city offers a rich entertainment program called Makarska ljeto.
