On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and an open fireplace. This floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, TV and air conditioning. Furthermore, on this floor you can find one bathroom with a shower. A covered terrace with seating area and barbecue is located behind the house. The entire property is enclosed by a stone wall approximately 1 m high. The swimming pool (8 × 4?m) with sun terrace, lounge pavilion and outdoor shower with a WC in the garden is available for your exclusive use.
