The modern villa offers a truly unique, fascinating experience, not far from the sea, in a quiet area. The heart of the house is the refreshing pool 7.50m x 4.00m, depth 1.50m, which is for your use only. There is a hot tub available by the pool. The villa offers the perfect and relaxing holiday for a maximum of 6 people. The interior area on two floors is lovingly and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with living room, a separate toilet and a fitness room, the stairs lead to the 1st floor, where three bedrooms with comfortable large beds 180cm x 200cm (all with their own balcony with sea views) and three bathrooms dominate. A tumble dryer in the bathroom. There are televisions in all three bedrooms. You have access to the fitness room with television. Another TV outside. You can prepare your favorite dishes on the grill. In the villa there are a total of 6 air conditioners, WiFi internet and satellite TV. Parking for two cars directly in front of the house.
The house is located in the small town of Podjamje near Prižba, near Blato on the island of Korčula. Nearby is the Grscica fishing cove with a public beach, a slide for children and a diving school. A large public pebble beach with a beach volleyball court is 1500 m from our apartments. It is possible to rent umbrellas, sun loungers, motorboats and windsurfing boards. There are 4 fish restaurants in Prizba where you can enjoy their rich gastronomic offer. Korčula is one of the most popular islands in Croatia, thanks to its beautiful beaches and above-average sunshine as well as the town of the same name with its large number of important sights. The island, located off the coast of southern Dalmatia, has been praised by many well-known writers in their works and all sorts of prominent personalities have always been drawn to Korcula. The coastal town of Prizba stretches across several bays, separated by the two peninsulas of Ratak and Priscapac. The beaches of Prizba are lined with pebbles. Of particular note is the beach on the Priscapac peninsula, which offers some dining options and a diving center. There are numerous beautiful beaches for swimming, mostly pebble beaches. Furthermore, the island of Korcula has very beautiful diving spots. Many visitors take a sailing course during their vacation on Korcula. On land, cycling and hiking are particularly suitable sporting activities; the island has a beautiful network of low-traffic cycling and hiking trails.
