The holiday home is in a quiet location and yet only 10 minutes by car from the motorway. This means you can quickly reach places such as Pula, Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad and Umag. On the upper floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds which can also be used as a double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and a wardrobe. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms on the same floor. A third bathroom and extra toilet are located in the basement. The modern kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. There you will find a coffee machine, dishwasher, cooker, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, tea towels, various glasses and crockery. From here you have direct access to the terrace and pool. In the bright living and dining area, you can spend romantic hours by the fireplace or organise a film evening together on the sofa. The dining table offers enough space for the whole family to sit together and enjoy a meal prepared in the large kitchen. The dining area leads directly out onto the lounge area of the terrace, which is surrounded by greenery and has a sea view on nice days, and there is also a gas barbecue and cole grill and a large dining table on the terrace, as well as a private, heated pool (7m x 4m) with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table for the more sporty. There are 2 private parking spaces in the courtyard. The great and quiet location offers you the opportunity to relax far away from the city noise but at the same time you are in less than 10 minutes on the motorway from where you can quickly reach places like Pula, Rovinj, Opatija. The holiday home is located approx. 8 km from the sea (Lim Fjord), 15 km from the tourist centre of Porec and 2 km from the beautiful, historic town of Sv. Lovrec. In Sv.
