This beautiful villa is located in a quiet area, with a 32m² pool. The interior on two floors is decorated with passion and love with many attractive details. The ground floor is dominated by the kitchen and dining area, connected to the living room, with access to the large terrace and bathroom. The internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Special feature: each bedroom has its own terrace. Private pool, terrace with outdoor dining area, barbecue and sauna are available for relaxing vacation. There are 4 air conditioners available for cooling: one in each bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen. In the villa there is also WiFi internet and private parking for 2 cars. The house is only 500 m from the beautiful beach. There are other beautiful beaches as well.
The villa is located in a small fishing village of Sveti Jakov, which is located on a hill in the north of the island of Lošinj. This is the smallest place on the island. It is about 2 km from Nerezine and about 15 km from Mali Lošinj. There are olive groves around the village. The coast of the town has small sandy bays that are good for swimming. Sveti Jakov is situated between two bays. The first bay, which also has a harbour, is called Studenac (well) after a natural spring water well where cattle drank water from two sarcophagus lids.
