This property is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula near the small town of Kanfanar, more precisely in the hamlet of Bubani. The old architecture of Kanfanar and the surrounding villages is well preserved and olive trees dominate this area with its warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique, enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as there have been historical records. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and the Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 20-minute drive away.
