Living room as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom 10 sqm, not heatable. Kitchen as intersecting room, 5 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (300 l, freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchenette as intersecting room, 5 sqm and with electric cooker (2 plates). Sveti Ivan Dobrinjski. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
